Midday Sunday event in the parking lot. Has anyone been to one of these there before? Trying to figure out if it is a sit down and eat thing or a walk around with a plate thing, and whether it is worth bringing the family or going solo.

That block is easy on a Sunday morning. Street parking is usually there if you come before noon.

Eleven to three in August means shade matters. If it is a lot event, get there at open while it is still bearable.
I have done Sunday events at Element before and they were relaxed, plate in hand, stand around and talk. Kids were fine.
